Most of our new patients start feeling noticeable improvement within 2-3 weeks of care, especially when they follow the recommended instructions (like stretches, icing, etc.). After about three weeks, we typically reassess progress. As symptoms improve and range of motion increases, patients are encouraged to take a more active role in their healing process. This could be something as simple as taking a walk a couple of times a week at Jackson Crossing or Cascades Park (weather permitting). As patients make these small lifestyle changes, their visit frequency usually decreases.
